Anheuser Busch’s Super Bowl message that Miller Lite and Coors Light contain corn syrup has been put on ice. 

Federal court judge William Conley of the Western District of Wisconsin issued a decision Friday that said Budweiser beer maker Anheuser Busch InBev NV, was potentially confusing customers with some of its advertising in regard to light beers produced by rival Molson Coors Brewing Co., Reuters reports. 

A Bud Light commercial that appeared during this year’s Super Bowl accused Molson Coors of putting corn syrup in Miller Lite and Coors Light.

“Consumers would interpret advertising statements about ‘made with corn syrup’ or ‘brewed with corn syrup’ as corn syrup actually being in the final products,” Conley said in his ruling.

Anheuser Busch is now prohibited from repeating certain language it used in that commercial in other ads as well as on social media.

MillerCoors, Molson Coors’ U.S. arm  has said that while corn syrup is used in its light beers, the sweetener  is absorbed during the fermentation process and so is not present by the time customers pick a beer off of a store shelf.
